Pork with green beans and ginger chili sauce

A quick stir fry recipe

I`m sure you`re familiar with my impatience by now. I`m always in search of something new and of course, it must be special. Sometimes, I get a craving for pork from our local village butcher. While beef is always a fantastic choice, pork indeed has a unique flavor. Today, I`d like to present to you one of my favorite stir fry recipes. My family was cheering in excitement, and the certain something was really shining through.

Try this special treat and shine with excitement!

For 4 people you need:

200ml soy sauce

4 tbsp rice vinegar

1 tsp dried chili flakes

1tsp sugar

2 tbsp sesame oil

2 tsp cornstarch

600g pork tenderloin

400g green beans

2 garlic cloves

2 tbsp ground ginger

Thinly slice the pork into 3-4cm long slices. Clean the beans and chop off the ends. Mix soy sauce, vinegar, chili, sugar and cornstarch with a whisk and pour the marinade over the meat. Leave it for 20 to 30 minutes. Heat  1 tbsp oil in a wok and fry the beans for 3-4 mins. Add the garlic and the ginger and fry for 1 minute until fragrant. Add the meat with the marinade and bring to a boil. After 2 minutes, the sauce should begin to thicken. Serve with asian noodles or rice.

Enjoy and bon appetit! And don`t forget to shine!

Yours truly,

Christina

That sounds great. I love stir-fry, ginger and chilli, and have a few recipes myself somewhat along these lines, but I’m always looking for new variations. I shall certainly give this a try. And naturally, in shiny style! 🙂
